Mitch Daniels spent the early years of his childhood and education in Kenya, where his family live. At twelve, he returned to the UK for boarding school, which provided a stark contrast to the life he knew in Kenya. However, it was there that he developed a real love for performing and singing.
Having all his immediate family dispersed across the globe from Moscow, to Perth and Nairobi, Mitch came to London a couple of years ago to make a life for himself on the local music scene.
Having recently started working with percussionist and vocalist Tom Triggs the combination of their harmonies and light hearted lyrics tell a story with every song. The music is mostly jazz and folk based drawing on influences from acoustic pop marvels such as Jason Mraz, Jack Johnson and James Taylor.
Now they are bound for the 02 Academy2 Islington in October raising funds for Malaria No More UK and making plans for an album and possibly a UK tour next year!
